Denton Creek

The Denton Creek District, encompassing approximately 1,500 acres, is located in the western portion of Flower Mound along I-35W, US 377, and FM 1171. Land uses will include retail, office, campus commercial/ industrial, and some residential. The Town of Flower Mound is currently working to provide water and wastewater infrastructure to this area.

The Denton Creek District emphasizes high quality, regional commercial and industrial development, as well as mixed office, retail and residential uses. This annexed land offers a
significant opportunity to ensure the Town’s long-term economic health and prosperity.
