Payment Information

Payment in the form of cash, check, money order, MasterCard, or visa are accepted in person. Checks and money orders will be accepted by mail if made payable to the “Town of Flower Mound.” Warrants cannot be paid by check. Two party checks are not acceptable. Return checks will result in a $25 fee being assessed, your case will be considered open, and a warrant may be issued for your arrest until the fees have been paid in full. Please have available your drivers license number and birthdate. There is a $3.00 convenience fee per transaction.

This system will not accept payments for violations issued to Juveniles, to Minors charged with alcohol or tobacco related offenses, for partial payments or payments of administrative fees for court programs such as Defensive Driving, Deferred Disposition or Teen Court.

This system will not accept payments if your cases are in warrant status. If you wish to clear your outstanding warrant by payment on-line, you must contact the Court at 972 874-3370.

NOTICE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VOLUNTARY ONLINE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN A CONVICTION AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY. PAYMENT WILL FORFEIT ANY RIGHT TO REQUEST A DRIVING SAFETY CLASS OR DEFERRED DISPOSITION FOR POSSIBLE DISMISSAL OF YOUR CITATION.

Payments by Mail

Payments by mail should be addressed to Town of Flower Mound Municipal Court, 4150 Kirkpatrick Lane, Flower Mound, Texas 75028. Mailed payments must be post marked on or before your court appearance date, or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. If you are delinquent on your response, you will have a failure to appear charge filed and a $292 fee assessed. If an alias warrant or capias profine warrant is issued, an additional $50 warrant fee will be assessed. Partial payments will not be accepted. Incorrect checks will be returned and the case will remain open. Do not mail cash.

Payments in Person

Payments may be made in person at 4150 Kirkpatrick Lane, Flower Mound, Texas 75028, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding court holidays.In the event of inclement weather, the Municipal Court may open late or close early.
