Municipal Court
Marshals
Deputy Town Marshals are licensed peace officers responsible for contacting defendants who have failed to appear or failed to comply with judicial orders in an effort to obtain voluntary compliance. If they are not able to obtain voluntary compliance, Deputy Town Marshalls are responsible for locating and arresting those individuals.
Other responsibilities of Deputy Town Marshalls include serving as bailiff in the courtroom as well as transporting and booking all defendants arrested in other jurisdictions with Flower Mound Class C warrants.
