Membership includes age-appropriate access to the entire Flower Mound Community Activity Center and use of all facilities including the gymnasium, indoor natatorium, outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor track, fitness area, Chill Zone, and discounts on classes, activities, and special events.

• Usage fees means those fees that are charged to persons desiring to use the Flower Mound Community Activity Center. Such usage fees shall be established for daily use admission, membership fees, and facility rentals.

• Nonresident means a person who lives outside the territorial jurisdiction of the town.

• Resident means a person who lives in the territorial jurisdiction of the town.

• Family means persons who live in the same household and who are related by either blood or marriage such that they may be claimed as a spouse or dependent based upon applicable IRS regulations.

• Youth means a person who is equal to or between the ages of three and 17 years old.

• Adult means a person who is equal to or between the ages of 18 and 59 years old.

• Senior means a person who is 60 years of age or older.

• Daily pass is valid only on the date of purchase.

• Monthly Pass is pro-rated for the month.

• Annual Pass is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
