Group Exercise

The group exercise membership provides entry to all group exercise classes, including yoga, water aerobics, and Zumba. The group exercise package is a family package and costs $10/month for CAC members and $30/month for non-members.  Group Exercise Passes are valid for any member of your family ages 14 and up (family members must have current membership to take advantage of member rate).  Group exercise membership is sold per calendar month, is non-refundable, and cannot be prorated.

   

         

Personal Training

Meet our Personal Trainer, Karr Smith! Karr Smith graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Science. Karr has been in fitness since 1997 and has worked at many local gyms in the area. A Certified Personal Trainer, Aerobics Instructor and Motivational Speaker, her training incorporates the latest exercise techniques and nutritional research, bringing cutting-edge concepts and results to her Personal Training program. Karr has helped her clients to lose thousands of pounds! Let Karr create a dynamic and exciting program for you. Her super charged evaluation and workout program provides individualized and specific feedback. Each session is 60 minutes in length.

 

Fitness Floor

The Fitness Floor at the Community Activity Center features a variety of equipment to help you optimize your workout and stay in shape throughout the year.

Amenities Include:

  • 12 Treadmills
  • 10 Ellipticals
  • 7 Bikes
  • 2 Stair Climbers
  • 15 Cybex Selectorized Machines
  • 1 Smith Machine
  • 2 Stretching Machines
  • Dumbbells and Barbells
  • Functional Equipment (medicine balls, resistance tubes, etc)
  • 9 Televisions
  • 1/12 Mile Indoor Walking/Running Track
Fitness Floor Orientations

Every Wednesday at 7:00pm
Ages:  14 year and older
Location:  Fitness Floor

Join us for a FREE Fitness Floor Oreintation and learn how to properly use all of our equipment.  All 14 and 15 year old members are required to go through orientation to be able to use the Fitness Floor.  You must be a current CAC member and pre-registration is required at the Front Desk
