The group exercise membership provides entry to all group exercise classes, including Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, kickboxing, and step aerobics. The group exercise package is a family package and costs $10/month for CAC members and $30/month for non-members. Group exercise membership is sold per calendar month and is not prorated. Home School PE
Run, hop, skip, jump…SWEAT! Home school kids, let’s get ready to move. Come have fun while getting fit as we play games, have relays,

Kids' Yoga Club
The Kids’ Yoga Club uses fun yoga postures and interactive games to help develop your child’s ability for strength, flexibility, coordination, and relaxation. We strive to teach self-awareness and to build respect for ourselves and others in this unique course designed for the child’s mind and body. The one time supply fee includes kidsize yoga mat and educational cards to keep.

Ahletes Performance Training
JRobs focus is to give our athletes a unique opportunity to take their physical and mental performance to the highest level in a safe and exciting environment. The performance program will provide each athlete with the knowledge, skills, and motivation he or she needs to maximize their full training potential. Training is for kids in the 7th-12th grade. Strength and Conditioning Class (Boot Camp)
Train like our “Top Athletes!” If you’re a mom or weekend warrior and think you’ve got what it takes to be a champion then this program is for you. The program will challenge your agility, speed, quickness, reaction time, power, and overall fitness level. The class will take place both outdoors and indoors. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and nutrition plan.
