Aqua Lite (Indoor Pool)

Mondays, Wednesdays,  8:30am – 9:20am

A less intense fun water workout that promotes optimum join flexibility, muscle coordination, and overall health.  These fun classes are designed to improve your cardio endurance with a variety of methods and water equipment.  You will also work on muscle conditioning, balance, and range of motion.

Water Aerobics (Indoor Pool):

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 9:30am-10:20am
Saturdays, 9:00am-9:50am

These fun classes are designed to improve strength, range of motion, and muscle conditioning.

Deep Water Aerobics (Indoor Pool):

Thursdays, 9:30am-10:20am
Tuesdays, Thursdays, 6:00pm-6:50pm

This water aerobics class is a non-impact workout in deep water wearing a belt that creates ‘natural buoyancy’ allowing you to work muscles against water’s resistance, resulting in increased strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance.

River Robics (Outdoor Waterpark Lazy River – Seasonal):

Mondays, 9:30am – 10:20am

Various movements going with and against the current of the Lazy River will offer a cardio challenge to increase stamina while toning the larger muscle groups.  Water equipment may be utilized in some segments.

Passes and Fees

To purchase an unlimted pass for not only Water Aerobics, but all 35+ Group Exercise Classes offered weekly at the CAC Members can purchase a pass for $10/month and Non-Members for $30/month. Group Exercise Passes are valid for any member of your family ages 14 and up (family members must have current membership to take advantage of member rate). The pass is good for one calendar month, is non-refundable, and cannot be prorated. Day Passes can also be purchased for $4/CAC Members or $6/Non-Members. Space is available on a first come first served basis.  Participants must check in at the Front Desk 5 – 60 minutes prior to the start of the class.
