The Flower Mound Community Activity Center is proud to have a year-round aquatic facility. Our Indoor Pool is an 11-lane, 25 meter by 25 yard pool which is great for swim teams, open swim, and lap swimmers as well as programs such as aqua fitness classes, group lessons, and one-on-one sessions with our aquatic staff. The Indoor Pool stays at a comfortable 83-degrees. It also features a splash pad, 150-foot slide, and one meter diving board. Open Lap Swim is available to all CAC members and non-members with paid admission to the facility. During specific hours of operation, lanes will be set up for patrons to enjoy their own workouts. These lanes are reserved for patrons swimming laps only and are not to be used for general Open Swim. Lanes vary due to rentals and programming.
