Aquatics Water Slide

The Community Activity Center features several aquatic elements designed to serve a variety of residents of all ages. The indoor natatorium features a competition sized pool, splash pad, 150 foot slide, and one meter diving board.

The outdoor aquatics area features a zero-depth entry pool, large shallow area, and play structures for small children. For older and more adventurous guests, the pool also includes lap lanes, a lazy river, and two water slides.

Both the indoor natatorium and outdoor aquatics facility feature rental areas for parties and celebrations.

A Word To Parents

The Flower Mound staff strives to maintain the highest standards in emergency training. Our goal is to provide patrons with a safe and clean atmosphere in which families can enjoy themselves in a recreational environment. The aquatic staff are present to prevent accidents, not to supervise children. Therefore, parents are expected to closely supervise their children and assist in enforcing the facility’s policies for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. All children ages eight years and under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible supervisor who is a minimum of 16 years of age.

Lifeguard Training

Please be advised that Flower Mound Community Activity Center lifeguards take part in active training during operating hours. In the event that there is a training exercise, the aquatic staff will notify patrons.

Learn to Swim

The American Red Cross (ARC) Learn to Swim curriculum guides our instructors to teach your child how to swim and provides a safe, fun environment for your child to learn the fundamentals of swimming as well as self-confidence.  We promote personal development, water safety, and the learning of a lifetime skill that can enhance your child’s life.
