Animal Services
About Animal Services
Headquartered in Flower Mound’s Animal Adoption Center, the Animal Services division provides adoption opportunities, pet registrations, educational materials, and 24-hour response to emergency calls. Examples of emergency calls include dangerous or wild animals, stray pets, animal bites, and livestock or injured animals in the roadway. The Animal Services division also enforces relevant Flower Mound ordinances and works closely with local veterinarians to serve all Flower Mound residents and pets.
Animal Adoption Center - 3950 Justin Road
The Animal Adoption Center is open:
| Monday thru Friday | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. |
| Saturday | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. |
Extended Hours
An Animal Service Officer is on duty during the following hours. Please call 972.874.6390 and leave a message during these hours. Messages are checked regularly.
