
The Community Activity Center features three multi-purpose rooms, one wet multi-purpose room in the pool area, the Chill Zone teen room, and a catering kitchen for party, meeting, and activity rentals. The gymnasium and pools are also available for rent after hours.
Reservations
Reservations must be made a minimum of three days in advance and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availablilty. For after hours rentals and lock-ins, it is recommended that reservations be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Flower Mound residents may book a reservation up to 12 months in advance and non-residents up to six months in advance with a full deposit payment. All current members of the Community Activity Center will be given a 10 percent discount off of the current resident rate for facility rentals. To receive the discount, the membership holder must have a current membership at the time of reservation and their membership must be current on the actual date of the facility rental. In order to receive a full refund for a facility rental, notice must be given no less than 14 days prior to the date of the rental. If notice is not given 14 days prior to the rental date the full amount of the rental will be retained; however, the deposit will be refunded in full.
A $15 per hour fee will be charged for each employee required to staff after-hours rental requests.

The Town of Flower Mound's Community Activity Center provides everything you need to have a great party. We will decorate your party with the theme of your choice as well as provide all the food, invitations, and supplies you need. Parties can be booked up to 12 months in advance or as little as 3 days.
The CAC offers many options for hosting parties including party packages and room
rental opportunities for birthdays, end-of-season sports team parties, or other celebrations.
All party packages include:
- Party Area (One Hour)

- Ice cream cups (Vanilla or Chocolate)

- Swim Day Passes for all paid guests

Birthday Party Fees
Party fees are based upon 15 participants. Fees for additional participants will be calculated at the conclusion of the party based upon attendance. Parties will be held for one hour in either the Indoor Party Room or Outdoor Waterpark Shade
Pavilions.
There are three different party packages to pick from:
Basic
$165 for member, $175 for non-member
each additional participate is $5.
Party with Snack (i.e. Chips or Pretzels)
$175 for member, $185 for non-member
each additional participate is $6.
Party with Meal (Hotdog & Chips or Pizza)
$190 for member, $200 for non-member
each additional participate is $8.
* Each attendee and one parent will receive a Swim Day Pass to be used for the day of the party.
