Jody Vise

Jody Vise


Jody has been certified by ACE & Cooper Inst. for Group Fitness and Personal Training since 1990. She holds multiple certifications in Cycle, Pilates, US Water Fitness, and Yoga 200HR instructor. Jody's passion is sharing the health benefits from fitness and encouraging her students from all fitness levels to try a variety of classes and stay consistent with their workouts.

Jamie has a passion for fitness and loves to find ways to make exercise fun! She is certified in Zumba® Fitness, Tabata Bootcamp™, PiYo® Live, and Foundations of Group Exercise. She likes to challenge her students and make sure everyone leaves her class smiling.

Shelly is a certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. Shelly’s fitness philosophy is based on a lifelong commitment to and belief in nutrition, physical activity, and a positive attitude. Shelly believes that anyone can be motivated and successful in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Jill Jermann

 
Jill is certified by Zumba Fitness in the following: Basic Steps Level 1, Basic Steps Level 2, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Pro Skills. She is certified as a Silver & Fit Instructor as well. She was involved with group exercise classes at the Kona International Market Place from 2009 to 2015 and currently teaches Kid’s Zumba classes at Yogi Kids, Zumba Gold at the Flower Mound Senior Center, and for various schools in the Highland Village, Denton, and Lewisville school districts.

Karen Hollister


Karen has over 25 years of fitness teaching experience. She is Aerobics & Fitness Association of America certified in all forms of cardio with Kickbox, Power Pump, Body Toning and Hi/Lo aerobics as her specialties. She teaches with high energy and makes the class fun for all her students.

Karen Jones


Karen has been an aerobics instructor and personal trainer since 1990. She has instructed a variety of fitness classes such as water aerobics, strength training, cycle, treadmill, step, Hi/Lo, aqua zumba, and seniors. Karen became a registered yoga teacher in 2011 and a RYT500 in 2014 as well as a certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist. She is also a certified CPR/AED instructor.

Ellen Leach


Ellen is certified through the Aerobic & Fitness Association of America in Group Fitness, Kickboxing, and Personal Training. Ellen specializes in strength and conditioning classes, is CPR certified, and holds a BS in Nursing.

Heather Padgett is certified from the American Council of Exercise in Group Exercise. Heather is also certified in Insanity, R.I.P.P.E.D, Silver & Fit, and Piloxing. She believes it's all about making fitness fun and creating a healthy lifestyle that fits each individual.
Glenda Talley

Glenda Talley


Glenda became an instructor in 2009 after getting hooked on group exercise through Zumba. Glenda is currently certified by the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America Group Exercise, Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Toning, Aqua Zumba, and Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids).
Angela Wood

Angela Wood


Angela is certified by Cooper’s in Group Exercise Leadership, Indoor Cycling, Aquatics, and is a Physical Fitness Specialist. She is also a certified water fitness instructor through both the YMCA and the Arthritis Foundation’s Aquatic Program.

Dawn Maynor

Dawn Maynor


Dawn is an E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher, Reiki II, and a teacher of Dream Board Workshops. She is passionate about helping others use yoga to deal with the struggles of stress, anxiety, or depression. She's learned that yoga is a healing journey that is great for the mind and body. In her classes, you can expect to not only move your body but to use your breath and visualizations to connect the mind and body.
Courtney Haynie

Courtney Haynie


Courtney has always loved to dance, so when Zumba came along, it was right up her alley. She believes that exercise should be fun and loves to make fitness more enjoyable and attainable for everyone. She is certified in Zumba Fitness from Aquatic Exercise Association, American Council on Exercise, and Aerobics Fitness Association of America. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Melissa Dixon


Melissa is certified in the following classes of Zumba: Zumba Step, Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba kids and Zumba Kids Jr., and Zumba Pro Skills. She’s instructed Zumba at the Cross Timbers YMCA, Yogi Kid and Fit Family, and for the city of Lake Jackson. She is Certified CPR.

  Carolyn

Carolyn Martinez


Carolyn has been a gymnastics and yoga instructor since 2011 for JD Sports Mobile Gymnastics. She is an organizer and active member of a local women's walking/running/fitness group. She holds her Water Fitness Instructor certification from the United States Water Fitness Association and is CPR/AED certified. She believes strongly that group exercise and community support play an important role in achieving fitness goals.

Linsi

Linsi Neal 
Linsi earned her Group Exercise Instructor Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is certified in Tabata Boot Camp and Zumba.
Samantha  Samantha Olson
Samantha earned her Zumba Basics Steps Level 1 and Zumba Basics Steps Level 2 through Zumba Fitness.
