A fusion of ballet barre with rehabilitative therapy. A combination of functional strength, dance, Pilates, and Yoga will be used to focus on alignment and optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, and overall strength. The ballet barre, bender balls, and light weights will be used.
This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves incorporating one or more of the following: athletic drills, step, dance, and kickboxing. The class will end with core and flexibility training.
