Carol Clark, Monarch Watch Conservation Specialist, presents the Monarch life cycle, its magnificent migration through Texas and actions you can take now to support conservation of this threatened butterfly. 2017 Summer Fun Showcase


Don’t miss this great opportunity on Saturday, March 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to plan your family’s summer fun! Businesses and organizations in the Flower Mound area offering summer camps, programs or activities to Flower Mound residents will be on hand to take registrations and provide information.

Truck Rodeo


Grab the kids and the camera! The Town of Flower Mound Truck Rodeo is returning to the Library on Wednesday, April 26 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children can check out all the awesome vehicles and equipment from various town departments including Animal Control, Fire, Parks, Police, and Public Works in the Library parking lot, 3030 Broadmoor Lane. Town employees will be stationed with each vehicle to answer questions. Popcorn and lemonade will be served. All ages welcome! In case of inclement weather, the truck rodeo will be cancelled.

Gaming Unplugged


Join fellow gamers for an afternoon of chess, table-top games and role-playing games on the second Sunday of the month from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Games will be provided, or you may bring your own. All ages welcome.
2017 dates:  January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 10.

Family Storytime


Stories, music, rhyme, crafts, and snacks for families with young children (60 minutes). Registration not required. This program meet on the third Wednesday of each month (except August) from 7-8 p.m.
